Holly Chamber of Commerce Board Members

President: Sandra Kleven

Sandra is the Controller for Rose Hill Center, a comprehensive psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation service provider in Holly.

Sandra joined the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2004, and currently serves as its president.

“Rose Hill Center believes being part of the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce is part of being a good neighbor,” Kleven said. “We enjoy the goodwill aspect of it, and enjoy taking part in community-related events with other community business leaders.”

Treasurer: Jenny Stilwell

Jenny Stilwellis the Owner of Elements Day Spa, and is also a Certified Massage Therapist and Nail Technician. She has been a member of the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce for the last five years.

Secretary: Kent Barnes

Kent Barnesserves as the Superintendent for Holly Area Schools and was asked to join the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce in 2005.

While Barnes is active in a number of Holly organizations, he says serving on the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors allows him to be even more involved in the community.

“Having been on the board for over six years now, it’s obvious that the interest in our Holly Area Schools students exists among chamber members,” Barnes said. “My goal in participating on the board is to ensure that our Chamber members always have the appropriate information about our school district.”

Director: Brad Stilwell

Brad Stilwell, President of Stilwell Construction, Inc. has been a member of the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce since 2004, and currently serves on its Board of Directors.

"I originally joined the Chamber because I wanted to give back, and be involved in the Holly community," Stilwell said. "I've benefited by being better in touch with other Holly business owners, and am a firm believer that if you don't like the way things are, you have to get involved and help make a positive effort to change things for the better."
 

Director: Amy Mayhew

Amy is the Owner and Publisher of The Holly Express, Holly’s premiere online news source since 2009.

While The Holly Express joined the Chamber in 2009, it has only been since January of this year that Amy joined the Board of Directors.

“The Holly Area Chamber of Commerce has allowed me to network with other like-minded business owners within the community,” Mayhew said. “The Chamber strives to support local business which is something The Holly Express also tries to do, so it’s a good fit for me – I believe in the Chamber and its dedication to the community, and I’m glad I can be a part of it.”
 

Director: James Ward

Jim is the President and CEO of the Ingenuity Group in Clarkston, and has been a member of the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce for more than five years, and served on the Board of Directors for the last two.

“As a member of the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce, the Ingenuity Group has increased its business exposure and local client-base within the commercial insurance and employee benefits sector, and made many new and lasting friendships with fellow community leaders along the way.”
 

Director: Debi Harden

Debi Harden is the Community Banking Officer for the State Bank, and has been a member of the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for three years.

"I joined the Chamber because it keeps the bank and I very involved in the community," Harden said. "It also allows us to participate in putting together events for the community to enjoy, and I truly believe that it does help local businesses by using the website, and all of the networking events."

Larry Davidson is a Multimedia Sales Specialist for the Flint Journal and MLive.com and has been on member of the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce since 2004.
